
Salmon Salad Lettuce Wraps
This salmon salad lettuce wrap is a light and flavorful lunch option. Salmon packed in olive oil provides healthy fats, while the red onion and Granny Smith apple add a refreshing crunch and touch of sweetness, all wrapped in crisp lettuce for a satisfying low-carb meal.
Ingredients
- 100 g salmon in olive oil (small can)
- ¼ red onion (finely chopped)
- ½ apple (chopped)
- lettuce (large leaves to use as wraps)
Instructions
- Put the salmon in a bowl.
- Chop the red onion as finely as possible and add to the salmon. Chop the apple into small cubes and also add to the salmon. Mix everything.
- Place the salmon mixture in the lettuce leaves and serve as wraps.
Notes
For Detox, replace the apple with celery.
For Elimination, exclude the onion.
