
Kale with Lemon & Sea Salt
This recipe is a fantastic way to incorporate the health benefits of kale into your diet with minimal effort. So ditch the complicated dishes and embrace the delightful simplicity of Sauted Kale with Lemon and Sea Salt!
Ingredients
- 1 bunch kale (stems removed & leaves sliced into strips)
- 1 cloves garlic (thinly sliced)
- 2 tbsp ghee
- 1 lemon (zested & juiced)
- 1 cm ginger (fresh, minced)
- sea salt & black pepper (to taste)
Instructions
- Heat the ghee in a large pan over medium heat. Add the thinly sliced garlic and sauté for 1 minute. Add the kale to the pan along with 2 tablespoons of water. Cook, stirring often for 2-3 minutes.
- Season with fresh ginger, 1 tablespoon lemon zest, sea salt, and pepper, to taste.
- Stir in some lemon juice (to taste) and toss to coat evenly before spooning the kale into a serving dish.
