
Black Bean Hummus
Black Bean Hummus is a delicious and nutritious dip that's packed with protein and fiber. The black beans provide a rich source of antioxidants and iron. This versatile hummus can be enjoyed with a variety of snacks and meals.
Ingredients
- 400 g black beans (canned, keep the water)
- 1 cloves garlic (minced)
- 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tbsp lime juice
- ½ tsp cumin
- ½ tsp sea salt
- ¼ tsp cayenne pepper
Instructions
- In a food processor, blend ¼ cup of water from the can of black beans with garlic, olive oil, lime juice, and spices.
- Add the black beans and blend for another1-2 minutes, until creamy and smooth.
Notes
For Elimination, exclude garlic.
For Liver Cleanse, exclude oil and spices.
For Sensitive Gut, exclude garlic.
